When you're connected, you get the IP address 172.27.224.14 (over tun0). This is the public IP address your your VPN server. Your IP address in your local network is 192.168.1.200 (your router is 192.168.1.1, over enp4s0). If I understand correctly what you've posted so far, we have this:
